Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Changes made with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit or advance payment. No-shows will forfeit all payments made and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
ADVANCED PAYMENT POLICY
Advance payments are accepted (but not required) to secure appointments in advance. Once submitted, advance payments are non-refundable and will be applied to your scheduled service. If notice is given at least 48 hours before your appointment, the payment may be transferred one time to a future booking. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of payment.
